I am 10 hours into Stellar. The thing is the game, so far, simply keeps getting better with each new area. Meaning it doesn't peak and drag. It reminds me of expedition 33, just gets better and better.

Just cleared Matrix 11. Amazing boss fight. The game was reviewed well, but it is grossly underrated. This is a 95 type game.

Second playthrough is even better as you unlock even more stuff (costumes, upgrades and such) It's a fantastic game.

I could see that.  This could be the rare type of game I immediately play a second time.

Pretty sure this is a told ya do moment cause there isn't an active person on this site I didn't rant about how good that game was.

pfft. please I'm the one who pitched it to you how good it is. I was hyped for the game from the first teaser years ago. Pretty much the only one voting for it in most wanted games threads. :P

I guess I was late to the party and if it was you who put me on it, thank you. However I did make one hell of a fuss on this site when I was playing it.

I agree, the second playthrough is better on hard mode but it's a nessesity to not mod into beta and the other skill or the game gets pretty boring, pretty quick.

You're so lucky to be playing one of the best games of all time right now. Savour and enjoy it.

Resident Evil Requiem.

10/10 for me. Best Resident Evil of all time. Grace and Leon are the best characters of this saga.

Expedition 33. I'm at the late game right now and it has all the stuff I love about late game rpgs. The story was too vague for the first half of the game but once the big reveal happened I loved it. Eager to see how it ends.

Both Expedition 33 and Resident Evil Requiem are my favorite games of the gen for now.

Where does Requiem go on the RE timeline? I haven't bought it yet but it looks good.
