Still good sales for Switch and PS5.

Switch sales make me laugh. Still going strong.

Funny to look back at weekly sales 8-10 years ago when we thought gaming in japan moved to mobile and the 3DS was going to be the last popular device. Turns out Switch will become the best selling system of all time there and software sales are healthy as hell.

Shipped figures should be able to pass DS final numbers by end of this fiscal year.

Pikmin 4 getting the Switch boost. Should easily clear 3 million worldwide. Maybe 5.

With the great sales this summer Switch 2023 will be able to stay ahead of Switch 2019 even past the Switch Lite of weeks 38 and 39.

First real decline of the PS5 in a while but good numbers nonetheless. Same for Switch although it is exceeding expectations at the moment like no other did ...

Also Pikmin 4 having quite the great legs week-on-week. Never decreasing too much really. Game's truly a new ""juggernaut" in the Switch library there

Pikmin still selling over 50k in Japan retail alone after a month is crazy. Gotta figure its doing around 200k globally this week with those numbers. I would definitely think 5 million is a good lifetime target.

Was Pikmin 3 Deluxe the previously best selling game in the series? How much has it sold?

Has Nintendo released any global numbers for Pikmin 4 sales, like at launch or anything? Unless it's much more popular in Japan than anywhere else I would think it is already getting close to 3 million since Japan presumably is at 1 million now with digital sales.
