Not really, you don't need gyro for every camera movement. Pretty much everything can use gyro if implemented well.

As mentioned before, something like what Retro did with MP would be ideal. That's what I was missing with Returnal too.

Interesting fact I just found out. Marathon was the 4th bestselling game on PSN in Japan during March. This was actually its best performing region(relatively).

ACA NEOGEO version of Metal Slug 1 to 5 (including X) are on sale on ... (dunno how to refer to PSN now).

Some of the most fun to play and best animated 2D games ever, jumped on all of them (even 2), as I don't think I saw them on sale before at all.

Honestly there is zero % chance of this effecting me but I hope there is a huge backlash anyway. Just a completely unnecessary process which is terrible for preservation. 

Reminds me of this court case regarding the online store monopoly, which I think is a taster for what will impact all console makers down the road and bring some balance back. Xbox looks like it will be ahead of the game there
