2 more weeks and ps5 will hit 3 million in japan

With this week PS5 sales in Japan are now ahead of both PS4 and PS3 launch aligned and YoY increase for PS5 is now 213% after 8 weeks.

Ridiculously high ps5 sales a month in a row creating a small gap between it and ps4 LTD aligned sales

Another impressive week for the PS5! Switch at about half of last year's sales, were the sales inflated by a big release last year?

Pokemon Legend Arceus at the end of January, and the recently OLED model 

So weeks 1-4 PS5 posted 171k in Japan sales and preliminary global sales from vgchartz are showing 1.088m in the tool.

Weeks 5-8 PS5 sold 338k in Japan, almost double. February should be a very strong month for PS5 global sales also even if the other regions don't grow month over month.
