Chrono Cross is packed with these. A few that pop in mind include Reminiscence, On the Beach of Dreams, and of course Another Arni:
But even funky and sad soundtracks from this game (Hydra Marshes, Lizard Dance, The Girl Who Stole The Stars, etc) have a tinge of relaxation.

DKC had some of the best music iv heard in video games in general. Some of the best relaxing themes between Aquatic Ambience and Bramble Blast levels which have been mentioned already.
