No, I think it's moreso that they pushed out lots of supply last Sunday for the MK Wii launch, as Toys R' US were reporting getting ~200/store. (A lot, btw)

Well we all know that the Europe and Japan regions are not supply constraint. It's only a problem in America.

Why the hell Nintendo increase supply for the Americans...damn it!!!

I want one now...I will admit I have been slacking off searching for one. But after seeing the units it sold this week.

It's making me believe that there are plenty of Wii's out there.

I will be calling all my local Gamestop's, Targets and etc..to see if there are any Wii's in stock :D
