I've heard that there are laws against forced bundles in Japan. But I'm not sure what they exactly state. 

The sales dynamic between the OG Switch and OLED Switch in the last two weeks suggests that people who couldn't find an OLED settled for an OG, which again suggests that most people buying an OLED currently are not upgrading but buying their first Switch.

Knack was heavily bundled in Japan.

Difference is they could choose to buy a non bundle ps4. I'm not sure if they can buy a ps5 without it being bundled.
