Chibi-Robo. The original game is fantastic. It would be nice to get a new game in that style, along with HD remakes of the first game and the third game (a japan-only release).

Oh, and WarioWare has never died or been dormant for more than 5 or so years. We got WarioWare Gold as late as 2018 on the 3DS. While it was shocking to get a WarioWare that long into the life of a Nintendo platform, it happened. It had a lot of reused minigames, but there were some new ones.

So WarioWare has pretty much always been a pretty active series. It's Wario Land that has been dead for 13 years.

Golden Sun. The last entry ended on a huge cliffhanger. That was 11 years ago. We still don't know how the story ends.

But to be fair, most people don't care about Dark Dawn. They however, care about the original GBA titles. And they would kill for some remakes or reboots with upgraded visuals, improved gameplay and orchestrated music. Unfortunately, it seems like Camelot wants to waste their time making clonical Mario sports games for the rest of their lives. So while Golden Sun deserves to be reborned in one way or another, it seems that will never happen. Not soon at least.

a good arcade football game without Mario. 

a good online arcade game, the sequel to Wii Sports.

Race Pro-Am, a good arcade racing game, with good online support, seasons, etc.

Race Pro-Am is a Rare property, so it's under Microsoft.

True, but it'd be nice to have a Diddy Kong Racing-esque Adventure Mode. They'd just have to make the overworld a lot bigger to accommodate the faster cars.

I'd totally be down for a new Diddy Kong Racing, totally forgot about that one. Get Monster Games to make, they have plenty of experience with both racing games and the DK series.

What have they done for Nintendo besides Donkey Kong Country Returns 3D and Tropical Freeze? I thought they worked on Mario Kart 7, but that might have been Retro Studios.

They made Excitebots and Excite Truck for Wii.
