I'm not going to lie, those Three Houses sales are kinda disappointing

I believe it is one of the best selling SRPGs ever.

Fire Emblem Three Houses and Xenoblade 2 are both in my top 10. Phenomenal games. Great sales, though some day I would love to see them grow to final fantasy like numbers.

Yes, in fact it is the #1 best selling SRPG. It's incredibly difficult for me to see how that's in any way disappointing, especially for a series that was on the brink of death less than a decade ago without having a game sell over 300k copies. Three Houses is a massive success.

Kirby Star Allies is now the second highest selling Kirby game ever, behind only Dreamland on the Gameboy.

I can't find the source of these new numbers and the guy who posted it on Resetera removed his post. Does anyone know where these numbers come from?

This angers me. It's a decent game but there are so many better entries in the series.

Disappointing? What did you expect?

According to VGC Awakening shipped 2.3M and Fates 3M. But I am sure these numbers for Fates are driven by the fact, that you need multiple versions to get access to the whole story, so many people probably bought Fates twice. Three Houses is already above 3M and Switch has a few more years of life in it, so we can say that Three Houses is undoubtly the best seeling entry of the series. What do you want more? It won't sell 10M, simply because it is a turn-based strategy game, something not as much like as a jump&run for instance.

I only played the demo but for me it didn't seem as good as Kirby's Epic Yarn or Dreamland 3.

It's fine. The problem is that Kirby games are never very hard, and in this one, you are encouraged to travel with an entourage removing what little challenge there may have been. That being said, being able to play with characters from Kirby's old games gives me some warm fuzzy feelings, and the modes they added after launch introduced some more interesting puzzles which were desperately needed.

Will these numbers be updated on VGChartz? Or no because of the source?
