If that's what PS5 games look like, sure it bodes well for Switch 2. Nothing there was that impressive or showed anything that would seemingly demand an SSD that fast. The new Horizon game looks good, but going back and looking at Horizon on PS4 Pro ... it's not really *that* massive of a leap. |
It was an expected leap for me and big enough to make a difference, would about expect the same from Microsoft and maybe a bit less from Nintendo.

Meanwhile every game shown here basically blew my mind (the graphics), with how much better it looked than anything on PS4. |
Well, I have played games since the 90s, and at some point graphics loses it's luster.
I am more interested in gameplay.
For instance: I want to be excited for Project Athia. I started off as being hyped. But as the trailer was going on my interest decreased. Because it wasn't much gameplay shown, and what was to be seen was not exciting. If I compare that with Kena - that game had by far not so exciting graphics, but what they hinted at gameplay was very interesting and setting and world felt good. So I am more excited for Kena than Project Athia, despite all the graphics.
And something else. The positive news: this event showed a lot of games, many of which look interesting. The bad news: many of the bigger games had no date. If all of that releases next year, PS5 will sell stellar, but sadly this isn't a given.

Yeah the character models are insanely good. The foliage and everything. And the underwater parts just.. what.

Here the 4K PS5-Trailer for you :D Horizon Forbidden West
The PS5-Design looks great and many new Games :) i'm ready for the Future!

The Ratchet game looks REALLY amazing. Interested about "Project Athia" but I wonder how far from release it is...it's Square-Enix we're talking about, after all.
I don't think the console is that ugly, it looks like an edgy Wii :P
Just finished watching. Ratchet and Clank and Horizon looked great. Also like that there will be a digital edition console. Solid showcase.

You mean that stunt to try and say they have the same games without saying they couldn`t show because of marketing deals but still decide to do it?

The disclamer in the start of the presentation say all games show were captured running on PS5
