So far, Trump is closing the gap in Arizona; Biden's lead is down to 79k with 86% counted.
However, Biden is closing the gap in Georgia; Trump's lead is down to 23k with 95% counted.

Biden's lead is now down to 68,000 in AZ with around 88% counted. Biden lost 11,000 of his lead with this 2% counted. If Biden keeps losing his lead at this rate he will have a razor thin AZ lead of 2,000 by the time all of the AZ vote is counted. AZ shouldn't have been called on election night. Trump might still take AZ.

yeah they shouldn't have called it, nothing is certain

whoever wins it will be a very narrow win, every remaining state is so close

Trump could still make it

don't mind my username, that was more than 10 years ago, I'm a different person now, amazing how people change ^_^

He'd be praising mail in ballots to the heavens if it gets him back into AZ.

I almost want him to win just to see the ridiculous 180.

76% for Biden from the most recent Georgia batch.
Lead is sub 19k.

Trumpist meth heads are freaking out

The question, was this guy on crack when he bought that goofy shirt?

Honestly, I feel like this election result could be the one that calms America down. If it holds, Trump will be gone, but Biden will be the first President to not have the Senate and House of Reps since the 1800's when first elected. For at least two years, the only thing he will get accomplished will be bi-partisan things, and his nominees will have to be more moderate now. Also, with Republican control over the Senate, then the Supreme Court will be protected from a hostile takeover. So basically 1.5 branches will be Democrat controlled and 1.5 Republican, nice little balance there! No one side gets decimated and therefore forgotten for at least 2 years. Both sides will have a say in what happens until at least 2022.

You mean a hostile takeover like just happened because the Reps controlled the senate? Yeah, wouldn't want that to happen again.

Also what kind of balance are you talking about? One president just fucked up everything for 4 years and the next president won't be able to fix it. How is that balanced? It's clearly tilted towards one side.

It's going to be really close on the republicans hold of the Senate.  Georgia has a dumb rules that if no candidate gets 50% of the vote the top two candidates head to a special runoff election in January.  Incumbent republican Perdue as of typing this is at 50% exactly down from a previous 50.2%.  With 95% of the vote in if Perdue drops to 49.99% it will go into runoff and democrats will throw every dollar they can to secure the win.  Republicans are going to lose an Arizona seat, and the other Georgia seat Warnock/Lockler is already heading to a runoff since the current leader Warnock has just 32.% of the vote.
