If Biden maintains his lead in Nevada, Michigan, and Wisconsin he wins. He won't need Pennsylvania.

Though it will certainly help in the legal shitstorm Trump is about to bring

If Trump wins via legal shitstorm, that is a bloodless coup. Let's call it what it is.

I'm feeling a lot better today than last night. It's still not over, but the outcome is looking clearer. The only thing I'm worried about is, Trump won't concede if he loses. If Trump has any moral integrity left, he will do so, but I have my doubts.

What happens if Trump does not concede?

It will hurt the transition period if Biden wins. Basically, a slow start for the Biden admin if the transition process is shaky.

Nothing. Assuming there are no successful legal challenges to a Biden victory, or anything else unexpected, Trump simply ceases to be POTUS when his term expires in January.
