I'll either get the Series X, or build myself a PC. I haven't decided yet.
*if* you could only pick 1, which one would it be?
Xbox series X, 600$ - 12,1 Tflops (4k) | 14 | 24.56%
Playstation 5, 500$ - 10,3 Tflops (4k) | 37 | 64.91%
Xbox series Y, 400$ - 4+ Tflops (1080p) | 6 | 10.53%
Total: | 57 |
Considering that the poll is rigged heavily in favor of PS5, with this specifications and pricing, then PS5 obviously. Hard to see anyone choosing differently. Will this pricing come true? Most likely, not.
I can only pick one, no what ifs
PS5 without a doubt. It's where the games I want will be.

Until LoD Remake releases

Unlike you, my friend, I've long given up on the prospect of any new LoD game.
I'll be buying most of the multiplats I want on PC (Steam) anyway, so...
The one with the most appealing exclusives to me, and only once there are a handful of them already released (unless something crazy like SotC 2 is made, which I would be prepared to purchase a console for alone).
No exclusives = zero interest from me.
Series X I'd pick up first. I wanna play Halo Infinite day one on the best possible hardware, without having to spend $1000 or more to upgrade my PC. I also don't have an Xbox One X, so I'd be able to replay many Xbox One games with improved visuals.

PS5 $400. Flops are literally meaningless to a consumer and mostly meaningless to a developer as well.
Last edited by Leynos - on 21 March 2020As a PC gamer, PS5. For the exclusive games you can't find anywhere else.
And I don't care for specs for consoles, I just leave that for avid fans :P
Last edited by hinch - on 21 March 2020If an additional gaming PC is allowed: PS5 (but that's a bit of cheating)
If an additional gaming PC ain't allowed: probably Xbox Series X.
