Everything about Halo 4 was great imho. Was so surprised to see how bad the Halo 5 campaign was in comparison.

Halo 4 still has better sound design than Halo 5 and IMO all the weapons just feel like they have weight to them, Halo 4 campaign is great.

Excited to see the new Game Pass anouncements. I could use something new to play.
Watched a review of DQ Builders 2 recently. Didn't look that great (review made it sound like a 7 so I was quite surprised when I saw a high 8 score). Will try it but I'm not yet convinced if I'll like it.

Having a great time with Destroy all Humans though. It won't last that long unfortunately.

I've been waiting for them to add Psychonauts to Game Pass. I'll give that a play though before I play the 2nd.

Me wonder if Psychonauts is a remaster? Widescreen, has 20th anniversary logo in trailer, could we possibly get achievements? That'd be rad

I already have the OG xbox one from when it was accidently listed for free on the store a year or so back lol

Some good additions.
Lots of games in the AA segment.

BUT... Alan Wake is leaving...

No Oblivion, Gears of War trilogy & UE or Dishonored 2 is kind a bummer..

Just after I finished the story of Yakuza 6 >.>
Eh still got some side missions and activities left to do...

Very excited for:
Deus Ex Mankind Divided
Halo Wars 2
Shadow Warrior 2
Wasteland 3

and a few others I might be revisiting.

Alright, that's as clear cut as they can make it, not happening.

That's extremely unfortunate as automatically kills the "Microsoft is a good guy" narrative that this announcement was supposed to generate. Now it's just a populism that they use on a failed platform (Windows Store). Could have been more interesting if they did it for Xbox - the platform where almost all of their gaming money comes from. This would have been the real pro-developer move. On the other hand, business is business, so not at all surprising.

GG Sony, just outplayed Microsoft on Discord, a partnership, Discord integration and a minority investment, that's an L for Microsoft

Microsoft really should consider minority investments more, ya don't got to own the entire thing, I really want a native Discord app on Xbox but that won't happen anytime soon unless Microsoft puts the cash down.

Microsoft should have done this long time ago. Way back when they just started integrating with Discord. Now it seems like we won't be getting a proper Discord integration anytime soon, as knowing Sony, this partnership very likely to have some exclusivity behind it.

Microsoft relies on third party support and sales to generate revenue for Xbox, going down to a 12% revenue cut would disproportionately affect them before they have a chance to create another stable source of revenue that really takes off (GamePass).

Also as far as potential gaming news being speculated about on Twitter, Nintendo also has their fiscal year investors meeting so there will be gaming news surrounding that as well.
