I remember the exact thing you are talking about. I was a lineup of concept characters in different aesthetics that MS released. There were several on that lineup that I liked, wish I could find that concept art now.

Also, I would love it if MS acquired Remedy.

I think you're talking about the Forza Street characters

I'm thinking of something else entirely I guess. The thing I was remembering was a lineup of 5 or 6 concept characters, each with different clothing aesthetics, some male, some female. MS released in in a monthly feedback survey as I recall, like 3 or 4 years ago, asking people which of the 5 characters was their favorite. Lead to many speculating at the time that MS might choose the winner as the protagonist in an upcoming game, but none of them actually showed up in a game afaik. Maybe those 2 above were in that line-up, but I don't think they were. Could be wrong though. The girl with the pink jacket and blonde hair does look kind of familiar, maybe she was in that line-up. I'd have to find the original line-up picture to be sure though, and I tried in vain to find it last night. 

Wish I could find the original picture they released in that survey. I remember we discussed it quite heavily here in VGC at the time, as I recall most of us in the thread at the time liked a thin blonde girl with boots and tight pants the most out of the 5 or 6 characters. Do we have a full body pic of that Forza Street character with the blonde hair? Could be the same girl that we liked the most possibly.
