Cyberpunk is going to knock Ori out of the top 5.

Alien Isolation, Overwatch, Sekiro, Warframe, Red Dead 2

Glad to see Red Dead 2 as an honorable mention. I remember you being pretty frustrated with it when it came out. Was it the slow start on the mountain top, or too much realism like how long shit took to skin and loot? Just wondering. I feel like people see it as not living up to the original.

I think the pace and the "realism" were both okay for me, but the clunky controls were what I hated most. Rockstar really need to revamp how their games control.

Well, on the whole I'm still a bit let down by Red Dead 2. It won't hold the same place in my heart as the first game. The forced realism elements (which often clashed with some of the more gamey elements), the long winded animations for literally EVERYTHING, and bad pacing in the latter half of the game really drag down the experience. That, and the morality system which felt kinda anti-fun in the way it was executed.

On the whole though, pushing through all the issues I have with it, there was still a really gorgeous world to explore, and a wonderfully written story, with great characters.

With the Halo Infinite delay, Xbox should take this opportunity to make a special edition Series X. Seems like a waste if they don't.
