Phil really ruined everything.

Just a talking head with PR words and no action.

Indeed. Bring back Don Mattrick.

Then we can get Kinect 3 which comes bundled with Kinectimals 2, that'll move alot of units!

Series X is really a total rip off at 500 bucks without kinect 3. How is that value for my money, when you're not even equaling the amount of gadgets I got in my box at launch last gen for that price?

Got the X as the majority here. It’s kinda expected. X is gonna be way more popular at launch, with S catching up later and probably becoming the better selling one next year.

Series S isn't really for the people who would pre-order consoles.

If Don Mattrick hangs his head he'll just see hundred dollar bills falling from his trouser legs and smiles.

What launch games yall looking forward to?
Only one I'm getting day one is Yakuza. Ubisoft games go down too fast for me to buy day one.

Yakuza the only one I got pre-ordered for now going to wait and see closer to the time but Gamepass has a bunch of day one titles I'll be hammering.

Yes it was ridiculous in nz. I barely got mine in time. Eb games nz and jbhi fi nz retail stores have been told they are getting more stocks for preorder but they don't know when the new shipment will arrive. It was the fastest xbox has ever sold out in nz

Xbox sure is selling out fast everywhere, US, UK, New Zealand, Australia. I really hope they had good stock and it still sold out fast due to high demand. I mean the fact that the MS announced the Bethesda deal day before preorders, on a Sunday, which isn't even a business day or usual news day for Xbox, tells me that they announced the Bethesda deal specifically to boost preorders, and if they had low stock, they wouldn't have needed to do that, they could have saved the Bethesda announce for an October or early November Xbox showcase before launch alongside the rumored other 2 studio acquisitions. They would only have needed to announce the Bethesda deal before preorders if they had alot of stock and wanted to make sure it sold fast so that they would look good compared to Sony who sold out PS5 in just a few minutes at midnight in the US.

Something from GAME popped up in my feed about second Series X allocations and I did a bit of digging and saw that many got a second allocation of 15-20+ consoles in the afternoon. Seems like the Gamestop of the UK got a rather large quantity of consoles I'd have to presume the initial allocations were bigger than the the second one as well.

Seems to be quite the opposite of GameStop in America where I keep seeing stores only getting like 2-5 Series X console allocation.

Low key hope this is the gen that ends Gamestop for good.

I heard a rumor that Gamestop US specifically didn't order many Xbox consoles because they are mad about the digital only Series S hurting their eventual profits. Seems to be true, every single picture I've seen of the preorder cards at US retailer locations showed low stock for Series S and X.

Meanwhile over at Gamestop's in other countries like the UK, I've seen people posting pictures of like 12-20 consoles for allotments for X.

Seems odd for Gamestop but all that stock they didn't order will just of been allocation to MS Store, Amazon etc so that's their own loss.

This was the tweet from the Store I saw getting 21 additional consoles at 3pm with other stores tweeting about the extra allocation as well. Good for us guys in the UK
