Last squad or player standing, wins. Zones shrink over time, which is basically acts like a timer. High value targets will probably have power weapons, armor abilities, and upgrades for armor abilities. FOBs will likely be used for ammo resupply, getting a new weapon, and vehicle drop. Doubt they will be a safe haven from other players.
