Ugh it got worse, I ran the troubleshooter (didn't find anything) which suggested me to reset the app. Now It says install in the XBox app instead of Play yet my disk space is still gone and I don't have enough room to install it again. It's gone from apps & features, can't uninstall it.

Oh, It let me install anyway, which lasted 2 seconds, and now it's starting again. Phew! I backed up the settings file, just need to place that back and it retrieved my save from the cloud. As far as user experience goes, 1/10, but somehow it's working again. Back in business!

There is, updating now. Also an update for the Windows Store.

otherwise Click on the 3 dots next to the game and select manage installation. Then untick/tick high texture pack, and select ‘chose what I want to install’. And, then select the modules you want to install (It is up to you whether you want to keep the HD textures or not). This should so the job. Basically, what this does, it verifies the installation.

I'll try that if it happens again. I can uninstall the HD textures anyway, not enough VRAM to switch to ultra textures, plus I'm playing on 1080p.

Wow, Scorn got quite the delay. But with CrossfireX and Scorn getting release dates, hopefully As Dusk Falls gets a release date soon that'll help shore up Xbox's 2022 releases.

October 2022.

The trailers make this game look awesome but the early gameplay vids left me very cold.  I am hoping with all the added time they flesh out the gameplay a lot more.

FF7R ain't ever coming to Xbox brah. Time to let that dream go. FF is done on Xbox.

Well, the current rumor is that Sony paid to extend their 1 year full exclusivity by 6 months after the release of the PS5 version, which is why it is now releasing on PC in December, exactly 6 months after FF7 Remake released on PS5, but that they also paid to extend their console exclusivity by a full year after the release of the PS5 version, which would place it's release on Xbox next June. However, there are no guarantees with Square, they are pretty shitty. The best chance of it happening is Xbox paying for it to happen via a day one Gamepass deal. Square cares about money above all else, even above the health of their franchises, which is why they took money from both Sony and Epic for FF7 Remake already. Phil needs to play ball and pay them as well, for day one Gamepass.

Square is Sony house when it comes to FF.  Might as well not care about if the game ever make it to the MS systems

I can see it still happening, SE is basically a 3rd party timed exclusive publisher now. And yeah Sony needs to stop these lame ass deals. Maybe they'll keep it up and MS will buy another publisher

Thats not true. I am holding it out till its out on xbox. The only reason  is because when i finished ff15 on ps4, ot was a technical mess with framepacing and i prefer achievement points :)

This rumour keeps escalating every time a deadline is missed.

Maybe it's true, but I highly doubt Sony is paying to keep extending exclusively every 6 months. Just a bizarre rumour.

If someone hasn't bought a PS4/ PS5 to play FF7 by now, they aren't going to.

Perhaps Square is waiting for MS to offer up the money for a port/ gamepass release. I wouldn't blame them since MS has already done this often enough to make it an expectation.

We need more concrete info on this I feel

The rarity of the first story achievements of Halo Infinite is an indication of how huge the multiplayer is. I'm surprised we haven't heard from Microsoft the number of players yet. I thought they'll announce it day one after accumulating those free online players on the past month.

The game is a dream to play. They really nailed the gameplay, art design and audio design. It is a masterpiece really and I don't know why media and fans don't treat it that way.

I do think people, Halo fans included, are unfair to 343 and the game itself. Brilliant game. Well done 343.

I would recommend 343 to avoid listening too much to the fans. You don't have answer everyone or every criticism. You don't have to please everyone.
