Haven't posted any impressions in a while.
Flynn: Son of Crimson
Good platformer and action game that's included in Game Pass. It has some Metroidvania elements but it consists of separate levels instead of one bigger world where you need a map and frequently go back to previous screens to reach a place that wasn't accessible before getting a certain upgrade.
7.5/10
eFootball 2022 (PES)
Possibly the last nail in the coffin for the series. The change from Fox Engine to UE4 was a huge mistake. The game has a big problem with streaming textures, even on Series X. The technical issues seem to be even worse on other platforms.
The F2P mode is a joke. They announced it like it was something new when there has been F2P (Lite) versions for years. And no, the F2P version of eFootball 2022 is not better than those. Only a couple of clubs to choose from (9-ish) and the worst of all, only one AI difficulty option.
It's already the worst rated Steam game of all time and looking at Metacritic, where there are still a lot of reviews missing, the scores are abysmal. 2/10 seems to be the highest so far. User reviews are even lower.
Only positive thing to say. It has an incredibly easy achievement list. 1 hour for 1000 Gamerscore. Needless to say there was no point in keeping it on my SSD any longer.

Final Fantasy XV Episode Ardyn
Is currently on sale and might just be the best DLC episode. A little short like all of them but has some great fights. Also I can finally get the motivation behind his rage. Why they kept all this extra story suff for the DLCs and not the main story is maddening. It's crucial for the whole plot.
The Artful Escape
Great visuals and world design. Gameplay-wise it's pretty simple though. Lot's of platforming even though it's not meant to be challenging. The rythm gameplay is more like Simon Says than truly being based on rythm. Dialogue consists of mostly made up bullshit. I am the amazing XXX from the planet YYY which is known for portals and shit. No you're not, You're Francis Vendetti from Calypso.
7/10
Marvel's Avengers
Played about 3 "levels". Lot's of scripted events but thus far pretty awesome. Combat is really fluid and the punches feel heavy. Good visuals (even great in some places).
Even though it's totally different, you can't help but notice similarities to the Tomb Raider series, especially during platforming and the aforementioned scripted sequences.
