Hope you also feel the same about most of the other riots thats been going on over in the USA for the last year too.

Ya know the ones where peoples shops getting burned down, innocent people getting beat or killed for nothing etc etc.

I mean they where all peaceful protests right?.

You know there's a difference in empathy for those that get their shops burned down and those that burn themselves while trying to burn someone's shop down. There is tons of support for the capitol hill officer that lost his life, not so much for the rioter that had a heart attack while looting the capitol.

Yet maybe you have your who's the innocent side in this 'conflict' mixed up. Maybe Capitol hill police forced the protesters inside to beat on them, shoot them and scare them to death.

Come on, man. If you're going to be disingenuous at least don't give people ammo to rip your terrible arguments apart.

This is a meme of Mr. Krabs from Spongebob Squarepants playing a sad song on the world's smallest violin. It is used when someone wants sympathy for something ridiculous. For example, when someone is like "Hey the rioting cultists deserve credit! They were so sad, and their cult leader told them he was screwed over, and after all that they only did ONE violent riot so far! Gold stars all around!"

I feel bad for the police officer who died. Wonder if his family would agree with your assessment that the rioters didn't mean any harm. As for the others, I feel bad they were mentally flawed to the point where they were there, but that's the extent to which my sympathy goes.

Hope you also feel the same about most of the other riots thats been going on over in the USA for the last year too.

Yes, I do. I support anyone at the capitol who was protesting peacefully (however idiotic their reason for protesting), and condemn any black lives matter supporter who was rioting (however valid their reason for being upset). Not that hard.

And the next time there is a riot by a group whose views I otherwise support, I'm not going to say BuT TrUmP SuPoRtErS DiD It!!! I'm going to actually address the particular actions on their own merits rather than try to deflect with that both sides bullshit.

Both sides are equally bad. Protesting against social injustice or attempting a coup against the democratic process, it is all the same.

Are you saying protesting is bad or the methods used.  Also are you stating all the people who protest or only a select few.

Thats the 2,000$ to each american right?
I think its healthy money injection.

No one benefits from people ending up on the streets, forclosures ect.
Put money in the pockets of the everyday man, and he goes and spends it.... it has a healthy effect on bussinesses & enconomy.

Its a much smarter use of such large amounts of money, than bailing out bussinesses or spending it on stock markets.
(basically give money to a rich man, he pockets it, and it stays there doing nothing. Give it to the poor and needy, and it gets spent, could litteraly save lives, and boosts bussiness/economy as a whole).

(Trickle down economics dont work, its a myth (evented to justify, giveing to the rich). Rather usually you see much better results doing things the otherway around)

*edit:
Also has $25bn for rental assistance, and temp enhanced jobless benefits (to help those that currently lose jobs), ect.

In general overall, it seems like a good thing no?
This is the stuff that actually matters.

Pumping money into rich companies, or stock markets, or tax cuts for the rich ect.... does 0 f***ing good for the actual working economy and jobs in the nation.
This is the stuff that should show results.

Protesting against social injustice is bad, period. That kind of attitude brought us things like equal rights for women which in turn led to oppression of white males.

Its crazy to think before 1908, women in denmark couldnt even vote in elections.

Thats just a short 113 years ago.

USA it happend in 1965 (only 56 years ago).

Fixed this for you.

Fixed this again.

What else is crazy

In almost half of the world's countries, there is no criminal law penalising either slavery or the slave trade. In 94 countries, you cannot be prosecuted and punished in a criminal court for enslaving another human being. Feb 13, 2020

Conservative estimate, still over 20 million slaves in the world.
