CoD is bigger in Japan than Spiderman is but there was also a price dump for the Pro this past week in Japan. So it's likely a combination of both

PS4 has had a really good releasing schedule from September through October.

still got 12 of the top 20 tho, still quite a bit of domination there,but  It's like Mobol or someone else said, good release schedule by Sony, keep trickling out titles. Hopefully trickling in these releases and setting a good schedule will boost hardware sales long term

On one hand, I am happy to see a boost for PS4. On the other hand, it had CoD and a price cut to barely sell over 50% of Switch sales. I really, really thought PS4 would do better against Switch in Japan.

Quite the opposite in fact going by npd results. Ps4 slaying. And eu would be even more dominant. Asia excluding Japan is Sony land too so its safe to assume no console is slaughtering the ps4 WW.
