After playing the new God of War I'm down for gameplay changes, so I'm all for it if Pokemon changes too.

Obviously some people dont like change and can be stuck in their own comfort zone, but if done right it just gets so much better!

To all Nintendo fans that said "No" to this: You all love Nintendo for their innovation and changes in their consoles, so why don't you want to see that in their games too? Like if you were at the helm to create your own Pokemon game would you not want to do something different or you'll just copy what Gamefreak has already been doing?

Agree, God of War 5 should be dating sim and Uncharted 5 should be farming simulator. The next Killzone should be a gamble card battle game. If it does right, it will become amazing, can't wait for Nier 3 to become a party board game for much better.

Changes? Sure. Making a complete different game and put the name on it? No.

God of War has changed, but it is still an action-game. So basic genre is the same.

Turn-based RPGs and action RPGs although sharing the RPG-part are not the same genre. I think you would think different about change, if God of War would have been remde as a puzzle-platformer.

Really though I wouldn't mind if it becomes action. I've gotten bored with the franchise.

Not the main series, but maybe as a spinoff...

The reason I said one version should be classic and the other action is simply because, as much as I want a radicaly new actionrpg Pokemon, I don't want the traditional system to go away either.
Pokemon already has always made 2 versions, why not make it so that it's actually WORTH BUYING BOTH?
What you're asking for is two completely different games.

Yes, As long they keep a turn based version too.

Now that Pokemon is a competitive game, no. I don´t think it should. It must stay as it is: strategic turn-based gameplay

But a spin-off could be a good idea.
