Emily on ResetEra finally decides to be a tiny bit more specific, saying the reveal will come before Thursday and before the previously mentioned Japanese show. Basically we should get something within 28 hours if she's correct about all this.

Apparently something is brewing. According to "King Zell" on resetera and being slightly backed by Emily rogers a 90 minute media event at 10am JST will be taking place. At the end of that event, 11:30am JST news regarding the upcoming 2018 Pokemon games will be revealed. More "interesting games" i.e. new gen are also being said by the same person to come in 2019.

Of course this all just rumours, but it's not like we have anything else giving us the will to go on.

Pixelpar has also tweeted a Japanese pokemon card of caterpie which is #10 in the pokedex i.e 10am JST

So 10:30pm ET (3 hours 30 mins from now) is when shit goes down. Not to long a wait to see if all this fuss was warranted then!

I believe Masuda once announced Black 2 and White 2 on Pokemon Smash in 2011 after it was teased the day before.

 

In the end, I think we're going bonkers too much in regards to having hope for any news, not just Pokemon. When they are ready to announce more info, they will announce more info.

And since then mainline games have all been announced/revealed through worldwide platforms, but whatevs, not much longer now to see if I'm right.
