Forums - Nintendo - I'm boycotting Bandai Namco

I will never understand the one-man boycott.

They're working on Metroid Prime 4. That alone makes your entire opening paragraph null and void. Get a PS4 and quit expecting these companies to dance for you.

I agree.  As long as they make MP4 good, it’s all good in my book.

First of all calm down. Like somebody mention before Bandai Namco isnt all that great as you think. But whay you need is another gaming plattform to satisfy your gaming needs. If you rely exclusively in the Switch, you are screwed. The Switch could be good or bad or too young for now but what is happening is that there is a shortage of videogames right now. Even PC is having its tax. More to think in consoles or portables. Namcon Bandai is not the problem but yourself. Save some coin for other choices ahead.

You need to calm down.

Nintendo has shown fuck all as well. It is almost April and what do we really know from them? Its all wishy washy info atm. Ports and token Smash and MP4 trailers.

I hope Nintendo are heavy loading up their E3 to make an impact. Hopefully they will include 3rd party announcements.

Effecting change isn't a goal. It's just principle. I haven't bought a Bethesda developed game since Fallout 3 in 2009, and won't do so ever again. I WILL buy games they merely publish however. I have 2 Wolfenstein collectors editions. That means I have TWO B.J. Blazkowicz dollies to play with! EA and Activision are on my perma-shit list. :)

Any reason why?

For which thing? My Bethesda stance? No EA or Activision? The 2 Wolfenstein collectors editions? I'm guessing it's the last one. I found them at Best Buy knocked down from the original MSRP of...I think $110....reduced to $60. Plus, like I said TWO dollies!

I meant not buying Bethesda-developed games.

There are a lot of companies that are frustrating me lately in this same manner.  I understand your anger.  Aside from Square Enix and Bethesda, it has become clear that Nintendo fans are not yet a priority.  I hope that we get a lot of surprise announcements in the coming months. 2018 will be a key year to gauge these trends.
