Keep it in the hands of the pro's...... a racer needs a certain amount of though put into the track and fairness of it.

What makes Mario Maker work is that its a platformer, and you can scale the difficulty with it.
That does not apply to Mario Kart.

It would just be sub par raceing tracks, and less fun races overall.

IMO this is a stupid idea, and I cant think why anyone voted yes.

They could still include 32 tracks created by the "pro's" and assuming the editor is up to snuff there isn't any reason some incredible tracks couldn't be made. Of course user content will be full of mostly trash, which is why systems need to be in place to make it easy to find the diamonds in the rough among the garbage.

The inclusion of a track editor doesn't have to remove anything.

nah if they would make mario kart maker... i think they would use... snes style or up to gc.... something not too demanding

No please. There are tons of maker game ideas they can do. Not mario kart.

It would be awesome however they make too much on the numbered series. I think its the best option when the series starts to decline.
