Yes exactly, it's quite a difficult thing to consider a permenant ban but it is definitely something to talk about.
One of the best examples of steroids having a permanent effect is Cyborg.
You can look at her and know the steroids and testosterone she was caught for have had a permanent effect on her body. Her voice is also deep af.
She's allowed to fight because she is clean now but obviously she retains her advantage.
