Bwahahaha, Nintendo must do pretty well if the anti-Nintendo-posts start getting this weak.

It all comes down to supply. Whatever Nintendo can made, is whatever they sell for this year
.
In the wilderness we go alone with our new knowledge and strength.
I'm happy ARMS did so well! It had a strong opening and that might help it get a sequel in case it's legs get buried by Splatoon 2. I really hope it can thrive, it's a fun little gem and I want Ninty to give us more new IPs.
I didn't really think 1-2 Switch would have made it, but it is a launch game, so maybe it was ro be expected.
Insanely strong sales for MK8D considering it's a port. A lot of people must have missed out on the WiiU.
Finally, I really hope Zelda makes the 10m lifetime.
I thought it would pass 5 million mark. But the shortages were worst than I imagined. 2.5 million would be my guess.
Well, I keep my 2.5 million for next quarter. We don't have Mario kart but have splatoon, m+r, pokken, etc.
And I'm more surprised about arms sales in 2 weeks than 1-2-switch in 4 months.

I'd say the software (Splatoon aside) almost doesn't matter at this stage, its simply a matter of how many Switches Nintendo can provide.
So, looking at the numbers in the OP, Nintendo made 58% of their profit from mobile. Looks like that's the segment that they need to invest in more.

Nintendo are lying about Arms sales just to get a rise out of you. |
They just overshipped it and people aren't buying as much as they expected.
