Bayonetta is pretty much like Zero Suit Samus by her outfit. Apparently the point or Mai Shiranui seems to be her boob physics, which is kind of why I understand why Sakurai didn't want her in the game that's supposed to be family friendly.

Technically, Bayonetta is naked all the time, because it's her hair she's wearing.

If you made an outfit out wool, which is hair, you wouldn't be considered naked.

So, if you wear an outfit made out of another human's hair, you probably still wouldn't be considered naked.

But, what if you cut off your own hair and wore it? I'd say still not naked.

So what if the hair is still attached? I dunno. I'm still saying not naked.

Yeah, I get it, she's covered in hair, but in a gross way, as opposed to Candy Kong or Krystal from Star Fox who manage to still be sexy.
