Guess my Splatoon 1 copy is about to become a coaster

Well, not entirely. I'll still be revisiting mine to replay the campaign, which I found to be really fun.

Man the caves and some of the later areas in Scarlet are pretty nice just wish it didn't run at 4fps with an occasional crash here and there.

I'll do the same some day.

Be frank, aside from a few decent games to be played online. Considering the machine this was on and the fact I barely interacted with it's online functionalities aside from MK8 original (which has now the much better DX version on Switch). I don't dread the lost of the online. 

Especially now that most of it's significant titles and part of it's legacy was bettered with the Switch imo

3DS though ? Now that hurts much more since that one had an actual robust line up of games that most likely won't get touched up on newer system before a time or ever. Glad, I collected most of it already.

Anybody think Next Level Games should do a fourth Luigi's Mansion game? Or would it be better to give Luigi a new solo outing that doesn't involve catching ghosts?

BOL( Breath of Luigi) a game set in a post apocalyptic mushroom kingdom where you hunt down the ghosts of your former friends and enemies, open world of course. But in all honesty Nah, LM is fine as is. We get a about 1 entry a decade, so there is usually enough breathing room between entries.
