Mario movie action figures coming in February from Jakks Pacific.

Looks like Jakks finally gave Mario and Luigi good leg articulation. :)

Was frustrated by the many disconnects in Splatoon 3 and once even had to wait for 18 minutes before I could play again. But the last four days I had zero disconnects in about 20 hours of gameplay.

Now that the game was able to truely shine thanks to that I can say with certainty that it's my favorite online game and my favorite shooter. Absolutely spectacular. The intensity some matches have is just insane. Almost no time to breathe.

The new ranking system is great. Going up from B to A feels like a real achievement.
Practically all systems from Splatoon 2 got an overhaul for the better. Feels much more fleshed out.
In salmon run the giant salmonid is fun to fight and a nice change of pace. Being able to throw the eggs saves some time quite often.

I still think there are people disconnecting from Splatoon 3 on purpose just to be jerks. -_-

Borrowed a copy of Mario Kart 8 Deluxe (I already own the Wii U version so I skipped the rerelease) to play the Booster Course Pass.
Super excited to dig into some fresh tracks for the first time since 2014! I adore the base game so the chance to play an extra 48 courses was too good to "pass" on.

Thirty years on, there's still nothing quite like Mario Kart. Its special brand of vibrant, chaotic fun remains unparalleled.

Oooff, Peach is the only one seemingly suffering from the "dead eyes" syndrome 😆

Aside from the first wave poor initial showing (Though I do appreciate Ninja Hideaway and Coconut Mall), the other waves have been this far quite great despite it not being up to par with MK8 best track so it's good play in the waiting of the next mainline title

Other than that these look like good figures. XD

My WiiU is officially dead.

What a piece of trash of a system.

Had it since 2014 but barely played on it - I think the last time I touched it was 2+ years ago?

Ironically the gamepad works , useless as hell.

I only had two games to play on my backlog but still sucks.

Hopefully they'll port over Zelda TP and WW HD to Switch lol

I guess I'll look into emulation for it.

Edit: Ironically my N64, GCN, and Wii all still work.

Isn't there a new Splatoon 3 Splatfest soon?
