For RPG fans, Monster Hunter Stories 3: Twisted Reflection is out today on Switch 2

Ahh, yet another game I would def check out if it weren’t for the fact that I can’t play every game known to man… it’s a sad reality. Lol! I’ve always wanted to try out a Monster Hunters game.

I must say: It genuinely gives me so much peace of mind now that a lot of this negativity surrounding Nintendo has begun to fizzle out. People are starting to respect MKWorld again, prices are coming down (Amiibo are $5USD less expensive, Yoshi sits at $60USD, etc.), Nintendo games are reviewing well (MKWorld, DKBananza, Kirby Air Riders, MTFever, Pokopia), sales continue going strong, announcements are coming faster than I can keep up, and it’s really feeling like we’ve reached the light at the end of the tunnel.

The only major franchise to have a latest installment on Switch 2 is MarioKart ATM— there is still so much left to be excited for. Smash Bros, Splatoon 4, mainline Pokémon, 2D/3D Mario+Zelda, Metroid, Animal Crossing, Luigi’s Mansion, Pikmin, etc. I look forward to the days to come for Nintendo. They’ve done a fantastic job so far keeping up a steady lineup.

I would respect Mario Kart World a lot more if it brought back Bob-Omb Blast and other missing Battle Modes, and add certain characters FOR FREE.

We need Dixie Kong, Cranky Kong, Tiny Kong, Diddy Kong, Funky Kong, Chunky Kong, Lanky Kong, King K Rool, Krusha, Klump, and other Kremlings in Mario Kart World.

Yeah, the open world aspect of BOTW is just unmatched. Well maybe except for TOTK. Its so much fun to explore and discover stuff in those games.

Completed RE9, it's a top three RE game for me after REmake and REmake 4, it's very consistent in the quality of each location and many feel the Care Centre is up there with the Mansion. They basically achieved with RE9 what they failed to do with RE6 and given how the game's narrative plays out expect remakes of 0, 1, CV, 5 and 6, the contrast between the approach in both characters may be be an issue if you have a massive preference for on over the other.
