You have to factor in the type of game Pokopia is as well, a Pokemon IP with DQ Builders template that offers Minecraft like experience and this early on in the platform's life, it has potential for AC like sales as it fills a void that hasn't been attended to yet as Minecraft is late.

I gave up on Arlo years ago for exactly the same reason. Him and Woods HAwker or BeatEmUps Woods. Just 'I love nintendo but I'm going to make a career out of bitching about everything Nintendo does' on repeat. 

There's plenty to criticise Nintendo for. They are really shitty (mostly just exceptionally protective of their IP to a detrimental amount) and bafflingly weird when deciding what to do...but I like their games too much to let that stop me. I learned decades ago that if you try to boycot every shitty company or every shitty person you'll have to go off grid, so might as well take what joy you can and not worry too much about whether your money is going to someone shitty, becuase it literally always is. 

I love that Nintendo is giving him more love. ^^
