Here's hoping, and here's hoping that they get it right this time. No Zelda-esque gameplay, no poorly implemented motion controls, and no melodrama between Fox and Krystal.

Star Fox has to. Sure, Zero flopped, but Fox is a perfect attendee in Smash and Star Fox 64 in particular was a famous title for Nintendo. It might have to wait until the end of the Switch 2 generation, as Nintendo likely still has a lot of trepidation with the IP's inconsistency in design and sales.

Wario platformers (another 3D or more 2D) seem like a given. Wario hasn't had a platformer in about 17 years.

Punch-Out? Eh. Tough to say. I don't know how well it would sell.

Chibi-Robo? I can dream. Nintendo will be paying attention to hours played and such of Chibi-Robo when it hits NSO I think.

A new F-Zero title that is a follow-up to GX? Not counting on it but possible. Again, Nintendo is surely paying attention to F-Zero play time on NSO and F-Zero 99.

Kid Icarus? I'd love an enhanced port or actually a remake of Uprising. That is a great game, despite the controls (which didn't bother me as much as I suspected they would).

I feel like Wave Race, Golden Sun, Excite, and 1080 Snowboarding are dead and buried. Probably a single digit chance for those getting a new game.

Lifetime Sales Predictions

Switch: 161 million (was 73 million, then 96 million, then 113 million, then 125 million, then 144 million, then 151 million, then 156 million)

PS5: 122 million (was 105 million, then 115 million) Xbox Series X/S: 38 million (was 60 million, then 67 million, then 57 million. then 48 million. then 40 million)

Switch 2: 120 million (was 116 million)

PS4: 120 mil (was 100 then 130 million, then 122 million) Xbox One: 51 mil (was 50 then 55 mil)

3DS: 75.5 mil (was 73, then 77 million)

I'd welcome a remake of Kid Icarus Uprising if they make a special change. *tight grip around Viridi's neck*

Ehh, I wouldn't hold my breath on a Star Fox comeback any time soon.

I think the more likely, safer bet is now Nintendo is going to try to take Yoshi in the 3D direction.
They're 2 for 2 now with Kirby (Forgotten Land) and Donkey Kong (Bananza). And of course, Mario will always deliver on the 3D front.
Now it's Yoshi's turn.

Yoshi's Crafted World had 3D sections, but yes, Yoshi needs a fully 3D platformer.

Dear me, I was ...

Was such a short moment, but it managed a whole lifelong poignant narrative in a but a single hour. The happiness, childhood, friendships, loss, hobbies, passion, food, love, adulthood, work, growing old, tragedies and nonetheless the memories lingers ...

Honestly, it was just between beautiful and without a single word to be uttered.

The art throughout the game is beautiful.

Made me quite emotional. A good recommendation !
