If it weren't for the Switch's shortages being even more worse than the Wii's, I could see it selling much more on power with it.

In week 11 the Switch will for the first time have worse weekly sales than the PSVita. Even if it sold Mario Kart week like, it would be behind that. Too lazy to look it up, but I assume the Vita launched in another region for this spike.

If Switch manages similar sales as in week 10 in week 11, then it will be on the same niveau as PS4. It be behind Wii though, that was a beast. Everything else should be easily beaten.

There's no way Switch will catch PS4. The PS4 sold 18.5 million in it's first 14 months. Only the Wii did higher than that at 20 million. And I promise you, the Switch won't be a bigger hit than the Wii.

First 14 months is cheating a bit for Wii and PS4 because that's two holidays for them and only one for Switch.

When people talk about Europe as if their one location speaks for all of it...

Anyways my actual point being, UK Switch stock which is a part of Europe is abysmal right now;

The only place that says it's in stock at retail price is ebay and it doesn't even show up, all the units that do come up on ebay are over the retail value.

I thought the Nederlands would love the Switch with all their caravans, the only console you can bring everywhere without compromises

Here in Luxembourg, it's sold out everywhere; something that didn't even happen to the Wii back in the days (Cactus always had some Wii in Stock whenever I went there, but not with the Switch)

Picking 14 months would be such an arbitrary number though dont you think?

2 holidays over 1 is certainly a big deal no matter how you slice it.
