As long as MS/XB left NiN alone and just sold NiN's games on their platform it would become XB's nuke.

The console wars would go from general Cold War status to Cuban Missile Crisis status.

Rares legacy was destroyed once MS bought them. No one said said their name with reverence with the 360 catalogue besides little kids. They should never be trusted with anyone's ips. They are lucky rod ferguson came as a packaged deal when they bought gears.
