I have a PS4 Pro with HZD.

I also have a PC that is a lot more powerful than my PS4 Pro.

When games like HZD come out, I play them on my Pro.

When games like ME:A come out, I play them on my PC.

I don't know why you're having a hard time understanding this but please let me know if you need any further clarification.

C'mon guys, this entire back and forth is silly. PC overpowers everything, PS4 has AAA exclusives.

Also, the Xbox comment clearly was about RPGish games since it mentioned Zelda & Horizon; sounds like Torment might be a decent alternative in genre.

This is a case of the developer not putting in the time/money needed to properly optimize the game.

No, this is a case of an inexperienced dev team not making proper use of their time and resources. ME:A has 40 million dollar budget and has been in production for over 5 years. The game was given to a new Bioware team, Bioware Montreal. Not the traditional Mass Effect team nor was it given to the Dragon Age team.

I guess this is one example of lower res in cut scenes being an advantage. The crappy facial animations are blurred out somewhat.

Nobody said it didn't exist. Several people have pointed out to you now that the origional post you qouted said "not much"  not "nothing"
