Makes you realize how weak the consoles really are.

An action RPG with consistent drops all the way down to 24 FPS?

Hopefully the Scorpio has a Ryzen chip clocked around 3.5GHz+ so the days of 30 FPS on consoles is over.

If Sony could have done something with the anemic processor in the Pro that system would have no problems running most games at 1440p/60FPS... What a waste.

Times like this make me happy I get to play my multiplats on PC.

1080P and a nearly locked frame rate in an open world game that looks way better than ME:A.

This is a case of the developer not putting in the time/money needed to properly optimize the game.

No, this is a case of an inexperienced dev team not making proper use of their time and resources. ME:A has 40 million dollar budget and has been in production for over 5 years. The game was given to a new Bioware team, Bioware Montreal. Not the traditional Mass Effect team nor was it given to the Dragon Age team.
