And the stream is dead

My (locked) thread about how difficulty should be a decision for the developers, not the gamers.

Oh damn 256 GB cards can be put in the Switch? Did we know the Switch could accept ones that high before? Was there ever a limit announced?

Really?Thats good news actually.

And no, there were reports saying the max was 128 GB.

Yeah one of the guys on the Stream was holding a 256 GB card and I wasn't paying attention if he put it into the Switch (I assume he did) but he said about how you would never run out of storage with that thing on the Switch.

Aaaand Nintendo has stopped the stream xD

I am guessing someone managing this thing realized they had effed up setting up the stream. Woooops

What I want to know is what you would put on 250Gigs on the Switch. The games come on cartridges and have their own storage.

Porn I guess?

Is that the limit? I know cards are bigger.

But dang, not bad. Want to see what digital size of some games are now. I was thinking I would not be going digital for the Switch since I didn't think the size would be compatable, but maybe I will go digital now.

Yeah, cards can go up way higher than 256 GB's, so I don't know if Nintendo would cap it at a certain level though.

offically 128gb is max. Unoffically all the way up to 2tb.

Mind you a 200gb is like 50$ extra.

So its 299$ switch + 50$ extra for microsd card + 70$ for a pro controller (still less storage than a 500gb ps4 / xb1).

And thats a switch that doesnt come bundled with a game (unlike the ps4/xb1).

Im not sure why nintendo is setting the price this high... its gonna kill its sales.

I mean cards can hit a TB now.  But no, we had no info on the ammount the Switch would support.

I didn't mean "Oh damn cards go up to 256 GB now?" lol I just meant that did we know Nintendo allowed 256 GB cards before, or did they ever announce a limit or something.

ah, and yea I didn't excpect it to be so high.

I mean the 3DS limits it to like 32gb or something small.

Though 32 gb has been more than enough for me on that system. 100% digital and still have plenty of space.

Shouldn't it support it up to 1tb? Since consoles does that?

Pocky Lover Boy!

literally can't go 3 seconds without fully freezing

this is pathetic Nintendo
