Yes it's crap compare to the console. On the other hand it stomp anything Vita (the strongest handheld currently) has right now.
A handheld gamer only (for now).
Mario Odyssey impressed me visually, though it was the only game that did.
What exactly did you expect? The Switch is less powerful than the XB1.

But isn't that how most consoles go through their life cycles? I'm not sure most PS4 owners bought the console just for the launch games. Nor the DS, Wii, Xbox, etc. We will eventually see something new and different down the road. What could it be is anyone's guess. And the PS4 is a better value for some because it already can play the games on the OG PS4. It's apples and oranges.

Well to be fair, every single console of Nintendo ever has struggled to reach 1080p. They're just true to their lineage.

Pretty damn impressive for a tablet if you ask me.
They look like enhanced and polished Wii U games, which is all you could hope for out of a handheld and perfectly fine for me with Nintendo's great artwork. I definitely see improvements over the last console, even if it's not night and day.

Something that I can look at and say "Wow, this is impressive and definitely wouldn't be possible on the Wii U hardware".
I still don't understand why they decided to kill Wii U for... another Wii U, but without second screen and barely any advantages?
They could just release slim version of Wii U with compatible joycons in bundle and sell their casual games for casuals.
