Hint for #49.

You are faced with a decision between East and West in order to face an evil king.

#50. Mother 1. (NES)

Ah, Mother 1. a clunky little NES game with a sad history. While originally it was going to be released outside of Japan, the entire translation was finished, the game was suddenly cancelled, forgotten and then over shadowed by it's successor: Earthbound. In many ways the two games are very similar, you go around the world looking for parts of a melody, fight against an alien threat from outer space, make friends to help you in your quest and Ninten is basically Ness. What makes Mother 1 different and special from Earthbound is how huge and open the world feels, along with that the story is more somber and the difficulty can be brutal.  While Earthbound will always hold the spotlight, Mother 1 will always hold a place in my heart as the little game that almost could.

50.Final Fantasy VIII
Though I hated the junction system, everything else about the game was very nice and I really enjoyed Squall as the MC and the crazy stuff that happens in it.

49. Hint Its a fighting game from a very famous anime and it had the most characters in a single game for the series.(161 to be exact)
48. Hint The most talked about game from a horror game series that's getting a kinda reboot next year.
47. Hint You wear a mask and can control rats.

#50 Final Fantasy XII  

One of the most divisive entries in the series, but I find Final Fantasy XII to be a highly enjoyable title. The story and characters are very different in style from pretty much every other Final Fantasy-game, much more grounded in realism, at least as much as they can be in a fantasy world. Also, I've always like the gameplay quite a lot. It was certainly different, but in a good way in my opinion. The interesting thing about this game for me is that I only truly began to appreciate it during my second playthrough. That was when I really found myself delving further into the gameworld and into all the sidequests.

48. Resident Evil... not sure which one so I'll start with 1.
