I think if smartphones games comes to the switch then that will mostly likely be the ones that gets affected.

But I am fine with it.

Nintendo needs to make a home console. Put all that tablet junk in a sealed case with a real cooling system. then toss another Nvidia Tegra X2 in there.

Seems strange that its purpose is playing the games at home and on the go, but not all of them. I'd be fine with it most of the time. At the end of the day though if most the games I wanted only played while docked, I'd be a little upset they didn't offer me a cheaper console without the screen.

I'm still wondering if it has to be docked to connect to hdmi. There may be an option where you can hold the tablet to play on the big screen using wireless display between tablet and dock.

If not every game works on the portable device then the whole hybrid concept will make no sense imo.

Uhhh... I would not be ok with that. If anything, it would only make sense to have some games only playable while not docked because perhaps they need touch.

Yes it would. It just wouldn't work for ALL games.
