Whoa, I made this thread, went to sleep and now I have 7 pages to read? That's good, I like it. I read all the messages by the way xD.
Right, I don't want to give spoilers about the game (And I don't want spoilers about what happens after the ending too) but I can say that the final battle was very exciting. The ending was Ok, most Mario games have pretty simple endings.
Also, for those who beat it already, one of my most memorable moments was when I saw this for the first time (Only click the link if you know what you are doing).
Good game. But I'll never understand the obssesion of its fans to try to compare to real 3D games when they already know 3DWorld is going to lost.

I still haven't defeated the last 3 stages on SM3DW. It's REALLY tough for me. I've been playing platformers for quite some time now and I can't believe I can't get past the last 3 stages.

Great game. Finished it two players with my brother. Highly underated game. Its so polished aswell.

Yeah, I have to agree.
3D World was very polished, but it was also very safe and limited. There was none of the freshness and boldness that made 64 and Galaxy instant classics.
Considering the hardware, its disappointing their flagship Mario game could've been done on the N64.
It is excellent indeed. This was a game I was hoping for such a long time for. A 4 player 3D Mario game in the style of Mario Bros 2 USA/ Doki Doki Panic? Yes! It was such a joy to play though. The levels were unique and interesting, the OST was great, and it was fun to play, ESPECIALLY with friends. Fighting for the crown made for a lot of hilarious moments.
