Nope but basically, it upscales to 4k but renders at a higher resolution than 1080p. They said boosted cpu so that obviously means no Zen like some people were predicting. And they didn't mention any frame rate increase at any resolution which some people were also predicting.

All in all, the benefit is a) @1080p, people will get higher details b) @ higher res, people will get ps4 level details c) The framerate should be more stable with the boosted cpu

Maybe that's the tactic? why would you buy a ps4 if you can buy a much better ps4 for $100 more.
