Perfect? Far from it. I mean I'm only a level 19 but I have enough of a gist of the gameplay to figure out that this game isn't very well made at all, even by mobile standards. This game will kill my phone's battery in a hour when far more graphically intense games last much much longer. The game is incredibly buggy, the balance is off, it has broken features that have had to be removed entirely. It doesn't have very much polish at all.

No. It's already pretty taxing on mid-end devices. And a battery-killer. I think it would actually benefit of worse graphics that allowed it to run in more devices and would make it less of a battery drain.

It asks for 2 GB of RAM. It lags like hell on a Moto G3 I tested and that's a pretty decent mid-end device. The game is terribly optimized.

Right now, if you plan to go out and not stop to recharge your phone, you simply can't play the game.

Gameplay could certainly be changed, but for what it is the graphics are great I think.
