The Smash series takes the first spot for me without a doubt as I love all the Smash games. (Except for Smash 64. Haven't played that one unfortunately.)

I guess Street Fighter would come in second - Although I've only played Street Fighter II: Turbo Editon and Super Street Fighter IV: 3D. Very enjoyable games from what I've played though.
