This was from so long ago, People didnt even know it would be a hybrid console.
People where expecting a traditional home console, ei. a Wii U 2, but around ~2 Tflops (abit stronger than the PS4).

Also most people didnt agree.
Stateing that "games sell consoles, not just hardware".

I don't agree. Actually a lot of rumors and expectations at the time were some sort of hybrid [1], [2], [3]. I had a hard time thinking how that would work, but it were the actual expectations of many. Back in the time we all knew NX might possibly a hybrid.

I agree on most people didn't agree with OP. Still nice to necrobump this.
