Looks fine, but nothing outstanding. Doesn't look very high budget either. No real set pieces shown in the trailer.

The music was painful. Hope that doesn't represent what will be heard in the film.

Honestly, the only thing about the trailer I DON'T like is the music. Kanye can blow me. I hate his music and I hate him and that style has almost no place in a period piece like this.

They manage to capture the game pretty well, i hope it is a good movie.

Seriously? Now the damn movie companies want to follow whatever sleazy strategy movie companies want to do. They might as well cut the climax of the movie and show it on the next theater for $5.

Let me see if I can guess the plot:

1) Templars want a piece of eden so they 2) send you back to the past where the templars and assassins are both trying to get it and 3) dudes get stabbed.

And of course, smart money is that there will be no characters but rather smoothly polished bland archetypes that can easily slip into any race or gender skin suit like invasion of the body snatchers so that they can have the perfectly PC cast cause heaven forbid there's any depth.

So basically, another gritty violent remake of "It's a Mad, Mad, Mad, Mad World" populated by stock characters and without any sense of closure.

Looks like the movie will have high production values, but that just means a much bigger budget for the box office to try to overhaul, which will ultimately mean the movie fails to make any money, much like prince of Persia.

Given Assassin's are historically Arabic they've already failed the PC test by casting Fassbender as the Assassin.

They probably just thought it would be weird to have the dude controlling the assassin and the assassin himself look totally different when for plot purposes he is functionally identical.  And not every assassin is Arabic in AC.  It's a global organization.

lets all just be glad it isn't the story of Desmond... cause that was a mess..

When I watched it, I had to roll my eyes at the unpleasant off key sounding 'singer.' I had no idea who he was, just new I didn't want to hear him anymore.  Then someone told me and I was like "oh, the guy that I have to skip in that one Katty Perry song!"

Here in my opinion is a better version with music from the game.  Which one do you like better?
