Rise of the Tomb Raider, but I think Gears Ultimate Edition, Quantum Break and Ryse are very close.
Hands down Quantum Break.
The lighting is probably my favorite (may not technically be the best) I've seen in a video game. The motion capture during cut scenes, is hands down the best I have ever seen. Remedy wen't to town with the mocap facial expressions. The particle effects are also amazing. Texture work is strong too.
There are some sacrifices along the way (hair textures and glitchy cover animations, but these in no way detract from the experience.
Can't believe people are still saying Ryse. That game was painfully linear, it had a look but don't touch feel to it, I hate games like that. Feel the same way about The Order 1886 , both have meh visuals to me.
On a pure visual basis I'lleasily have to go with ryse, even if it runs badly and has 5 enemy character models.

No love for Halo 5? I've no idea what that game was like in terms of Graphics since I'm well out of the loop with X1 games, but I recall Halo 4 being some of the nicest looking visuals on the X360 at the end of it's life even if there was some sacrifices in terms of backtracking being done to make them happen, Find it strange if 343 didn't achieve somewhat similar results on the X1?

I revisit Gears Ultimate Edition pretty regularly and it looks a lot better than its given credit for. I dont think the environments have the detail of Ryse, but still looks good.

I'm far from an expert, but I really liked the look of Forza Horizon 2.

During the campaign, Halo 5 generally looks fantastic but it also makes sacrifices to be virtually locked at 60 fps.
Halo 4 is a great looking 360 game, but its 30 fps with dips. How would it look at 60 fps?

True, Ryse looks more detailed. But I think that in motion Gears performs better and gives a cleaner image, maybe because its framerate is much more consistent, at least compared to the last time I played Ryse, don't know if it was improved with some patch or anything since I don't have it anymore.
Voted QB. I would vote for battlefront but the faces look a bit odd in the game.
