Ah! That makes sense! I know the reason I started gaming was so that I wouldn't look like a dork.

It's a balance.

Like, your girl may be fine with you going to the midnight release of star wars.  She may start having serious second thoughts if you go there dressed as Jar Jar Binks.

Likewise, your girl may not mind too much if you're playing some games.  But, if she sees you with a helmet on feeling around for imaginary badguys... her engine may cool off a bit.

Can you imagine when VR porn becomes mainstream?....Of all the things that might cement the technology as a success, it wouldn´t be surprising if VR porn is the one that will seal the deal.

If I have the funds, then yes. As it is right now, I find myself in minor debt. Money is the issue for me. I want to try it.

Jesus, 220 posts? I wasn't expecting that...

Anyways! What do you guys think now that we know what the launch bundle is?

Bet with Adamblaziken:

I bet that on launch the Nintendo Switch will have no built in in-game voice chat. He bets that it will. The winner gets six months of avatar control over the other user.

They better announce a No Mans Sky bundle at E3!

Or at the very least, PSVR compatibility with the game.

Mind says wait and see, heart says preorder. That $500 bundle is tempting, I'll see which wins out for me.

It's almost definitely not a day one buy for me. I bet I'll end up getting them at some point. But I need to see if it's going to flop before I consider investing that much money into it. I also hope they get in store displays because I think I would want to try it out before I buy it.
